Every groom starts with a phone conversation about your pet. That way you know the price and what to expect before you ever walk in the door.
Why we book by phone
We book grooming appointments by phone only, and that's on purpose. When you call, Amanda takes a few minutes to talk with you about your pet:
- Getting to know your pet: breed, size, coat, age, and how they feel about baths and grooming.
- A price that fits your pet: you get a quote for your pet in particular, not a one-size-fits-all menu.
- No surprises: Amanda explains what the appointment will involve and what to expect on the day.
It's a personal consultation before every groom. Online booking can't do that.

Rather not do the bathing yourself? Let us handle the wash and dry.
Nail trims & ear cleaning
Quick care that makes a big difference to comfort. Call to check availability.
Full grooming menu: haircut styles, de-shedding, teeth brushing, puppy intro grooms, etc. Also: do you groom cats, and trim rabbit nails? Please confirm what to list.

Tell us about your pet
Breed, size, coat condition, age, temperament, any health concerns, and when they were last groomed.
Get your quote and plan
Amanda gives you a price that fits your pet and explains what to expect.
Pick your appointment
Choose a time that works. Tuesdays are set aside for grooming appointments.
Drop-off / pick-up details, typical appointment length, cancellation policy, and what to bring (e.g., vaccination records?).
Grooming prices
Grooming is priced for each pet and quoted over the phone when you book, based on your pet's size, coat and needs.
